What is a Small Centrifugal Fan?
A small centrifugal fan (blower) draws air axially into the impeller and discharges it perpendicularly (90°) at higher static pressure. Unlike axial fans, centrifugal fans overcome system resistance — filters, grilles, long ducts, or compact electronics. Ideal for industrial cabinets, telecom shelters, medical devices, and 3D printers.

- 2. Static pressure requirement Use centrifugal fans when system pressure drop > 40 Pa (filters, dense heatsinks).
- 3. IP rating & environment IP44 indoor; IP55 outdoor/rain; IP68 washdown or submersible.
