Calculate total heat load (Watts) and required CFM. Use 160-200 CFM per 1kW. 172mm fans deliver higher CFM and static pressure for larger cabinets.
 

The fan accepts a PWM control signal (usually 25kHz) to vary speed from 0-100%, allowing precise temperature-based control.
 

Dual ball bearing fans typically last 50k-70k hours (6-8 years). Replace when noise increases or speed drops. Monitor via tachometer signal.
