We don’t reinvent motors. We take our proven AC/DC/EC platforms (50,000h life, IP68 ready) and engineer the blade swap. The challenge: resonance suppression, high‑G balancing, and thermal expansion matching. Solved.

Yes. More than 70% of our AC/DC/EC fans share identical motor and housing; only the impeller changes. We can mix both in one container. Specify part numbers.

If the blade diameter fits an existing hub pattern: 10 working days for up to 5 pcs. New hub tooling: 25–30 days. We prioritize quick trials for OEM qualification.
 
 

We perform FEM modal analysis on every new metal blade geometry. The first bending mode is shifted >1.5x operating frequency. Combined with soft mounts if needed.
 

In most cases, yes. We provide retrofit metal blade kits for field replacement. Re‑balancing required – we supply instructions or you send the rotor assembly back.
 
 

Not inherently. With our G2.5 balancing and optimized blade angle, the noise spectrum is similar. Some customers report lower annoying high-order tones due to stiffness.
